All that permeates in the world is not an idea, (IDEIEN). It is the calm and re-collected, tranquil mind and spirit of the body in meditation and prayer that leads to action in Reality. Otherwise, meditation and prayer has no pragmatic use, other than worship or devotion as supernatural theology or practice.
This is the basis of pacifying, or centering the mind and the spirit, and the basis of the martial arts, and holistic spiritual philosophy of what is true and good about what can be salvaged in the chaos of the world.
It can be applied to any ordinary, and simple acts or works of life.
