IN VERY GREAT AND HIGH TRIBUTE TO MOST BELOVED SURROGATE PATER BARRY LATZER, & GREAT GRAND MASTER PROFESSOR OF PSYCHIATRY, DR. ADOLF SOTO

I would most gratefuly and heartedly THANK Distinguished Prof. Latzer, John Jay College of Criminal Justice/CUNY Graduate Center. He is resigning from the Advisory Board of  SCPC for undisclosed reasons.

The Editorial Board and Advisory Board will miss him, and be he will be in personalisticaly in touch.

He has was a Great over-seer of the Public Service Blog.

I would also like to pay Very High Tribute and Honor to Dr. Adolf Soto (New York Medical College), my "Teacher "in Clinical Behavioral-Cognitive Psychiatry, and practical common sense psychology for a very long time, and who is NYU Alumni. He is the Director  of  the Latino Rehabilitative Treatment Center at St. Vincent's Hospital in Harrison, NY.
