What was known in the 1990's as the world wide web is still known as the internet COMMONS. No one owns it, Save your installation to your ISP, and Search Engine, if you adveritize, have a website or blog.
But where is Cyber-space or a cyber-community in the social-legal sense?
Or political or economic sense. Can any one authoritatively answer that as as well????
