Unified (Common) Cyber-Legal Jurisprudence and Law

SURVEILLANCE, CRIME & PHILOSOPHY

Is there a now a unified-common cyber-legal common jurisprudence, which makes legal decision making  viable and necessary to protect 4th Amendment rights and rights to privacy, as technology expononentially expands?

That's the rub of the question.
