A CONSIDERATION OF A BAYSIAN E-DECISON THEORETICAL MODEL OF A FUTURISTIC VISION OF GOVERNANCE AND REGULATION OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE SECTOR JURISPRUDENCE

Depending on a subjectivist Baysesian decision theoretic estimate that Private Sector E-Business is totally or almost lost at which cyber-laws cannot make a foundational philosophy of law of internet regulation between Public Sector Governmental Management and the Financial Private Sector E-Market, the future is up for grabs. But this forbodes a Pandora Box where there there might be a diminuition or loss of Legal-Social Control of E-Governance of the Federal Government and U.S. Chamber of Commerce. But what then is the Bayseain toin coss betwen 0-1. It is where must prepare ourselves to apply Wittgenstein's most LANDMARK epistemological text on the most messy vagaries of the Cyber-Law; where there skepticism unravels the Bayseian decision theooretic model in light of how Internet and Society must order itself, lest their be Cyber-Anarchy through out the GLOBE.
