A political-criminal justice epistemology on the dangers of source coding or attaining "dangerous" information by and through "criminal justice and political" institutions. I can only say very little about what these ethical perils are----and how they must be overcome with information attained and secreted if you are in investigative or intelligence line of work, esp. national security, federal and state government, or police line of duty, responsibility, and loyalty--his forthcoming book.
