Von Clausewitz, Foucault, and Philosophy of Power and War

Von Clausewitz believed that war is the converse of political relations and its converse. The Very Late Foucault discusses that this was prevailing episteme of modern European sovereign states and colonialism of the Non-Western world. How many wars since Modern Europe up until now has the world engaged in. Foucault is a hitoriographical narrative teller. He remains silent about how to resolve impossile situations.
