If there is no move toward a Global Treaty on Cyber War, Most Likely Escalate to Greater War
If there is no international treaty harboring to put an end to cyber war, this will mean that nations who are at war with U.S. will contine to wage cyber attacks on the U.S. If this is case of "clear and present" danger, we have no choice but to defend our national security and protective infrastructural assets. This is not hard to figure, but common sense. Go figure!
