During the Japanese occupation of Korea, there was some kind of veil of hidden and absconded protection for Korean Christians under the Church of England and its relation with Anglican Church of Japan, 1850, with its Founding Mission, which precedes the Korean Anglican Missions by 45 years. It is quizzical to state what the exact the political relations were between the Japanese colonial government and Japanese Anglican Church. This question has not been fully historically explored, and the aim of this entry is not to resolve this question.

To state on the record, the Founding Missionaries were Missionary Sisters of the Community of St. Peter, who arrived at Chemulpo, Inchon in 1895. It was the very Late extension of the Oxford Movement to Korea.

What is interesting is that that Ko Uhn, the foremost Anglo-phone poet of S. Korea, was discovered and translated by an British Anglican Bishop.

Ko Uhn was a Buddhist monk, and political protestor for the democracy movement in Korea since the the aftmermath of the revolt against the corrupt Syngh Mahn Rhee government. It remains a private mystery as to what Koh Uhn's religious confession is whether he is an Anglican or a Buddhist, Christian, Confucian, or folk-lorist Taoist, since he embraces the most revolutionary idiomatic poetic diction of classical and modern Korean tradition.

Great Zen Master teaches us his Vietnamese Wisdom in the Two Truths of Buddhism:

"Wherever there is joy, there is suffering."
"If you want to have no suffering, you must accept no joy."

This is a very hard lesson. Why do people commit crime? Because offenders are suffering in need of "something" to fulfill some conscious need, so they suffer from a lack of want. So they commit a crime so they can gratify their needs or unmet desires, how desperate or wicked they may be. If they are imprisoned they sufer, and punished because they sought the gratication of not getting caught.

Where there is no joy, how can one suffer-this being a meta-analytic logical inference of sunyata-emptiness of desire and consciousness and ceasing of desire, craving or gratification of any sort or kind.

If one thinks this way one may not have the inclination or desire to commit a crime by accepting these two rules.

It is an awful shame that the Dahn Yoga Master who is being criminally prosecuted for voluntary homicde by starving a distinguished CUNY Professor, and a M.I.T. student and sexually assaulting young women
did not understand these Buddhadhara Rules and precepts. Cyber Anarchy of International Law of Cyber-terrorism, Cybercrime and Cyberwarfare

The last authoritative review by Hoover Institute Report (2002) presents comparative cyber-criminal justice issues. Foremost, there is no global jurisdiction or consensus as to what constitutes cybercrime, or cyberterrorism, or espionage or cyberwarfare. On Joyce, Buddhist Satanism in England of Daniel Defoe

A Concise History of Cyber WAR

During the Cold War with the launching of ARPA to de-stabililize USSR's Sputnike, and surveil the Chinese Military and N. Korean defense systems--DARPA was then used used to monitor the trafficking coding devices. Russia is no longer a Communist country but are allies with N. Korea, and S. Korea as with China. How the ball will drop in WMD, and cyber-warfare strategy is hard to predict if any peaceful treaty to end cyber warfare against the U.S. ends in a cease fire. S. Korea is a strategic bridge who are strong allies with the U.S. in terms on national defense and political economy.

Reputedly, there is only one man in N. Korea who is successfully waging war against the Pentagon and the Korean Central Intelligence Agency, and he continues to make cyber-attacks, since SUMMER 2009.

The Cold War has extended itself to Cyber-Warfare. May S. Korea, and Japan and the U.S. be technological allies against their mutually allied intrastrucutal system for national defense against N. Korea.

Either that, or global cyber-warfare must be declared to protect U.S. and its allies.

If there is no move toward a Global Treaty on Cyber War, Most Likely Escalate to Greater War

If there is no international treaty harboring to put an end to cyber war, this will mean that nations who are at war with U.S. will contine to wage cyber attacks on the U.S. If this is case of "clear and present" danger, we have no choice but to defend our national security and protective infrastructural assets. This is not hard to figure, but common sense. Go figure!

A Prospect for Cyber War Treaty at Davos 2010

In the future Davos Meetiog (2010)--one of the primary agenda is to set in writing or an international treaty for treaty for cyber-warfare for the top twenty economically most powerful nations. A joint US and Chinese treaty is under negotiation to make a truce accord. Yet, much must be seen with other powerful IT tech nations in Asia, whi h were part of the Cold War axis since WWII are willing cease cyber cease fire. Nothing can be said, as the wager of cyber hegemony for global internet traffic amongst the super powerful nation involved in respect to military, strategic and economic considerations of the highest* penultimate concerns and risk of loss and damage to national security, and assent to hegemonic global power on all levels.

The statistics of risk analysis and cyber-warfare

Can we ever effectively use mathematical risk analytic simulation as a fool proof hard physical science to predict cyber-attacks? This raises a question on environmental criminology on national security, intelligence and law enforcement in relation risk management rather than straight thinking about how to prevent cyber-terrorism and warfare. We have not reached the level of mathematical physics of a "Manhattan Project" where there is bullet proof, or nucleur hazardous, pale shelter to make such a claim. I am a skeptic until the proof is in the pudding that not even one cyber-hack attack can be deterred through risk management. Of course, the level of security breaches are all classified information, but CERT at Carnegie Mellon has been "shut down" because the cyber atacks have been beyond countless that to foresee a quantitative risk analyis on the level of quantum computing physics is perfected. It must categorically perfected, or we are in harm's way, and are governmental, and infrastructural protection systems very vulnerable weakened to the greatest extent of alarm and invasion by our enemies.

Hactivism, Espionage, Cyber-terrrorism, Global Security

The U.S. Pentagon and Federal Agencies and New York Police Department are getting hacked many thousand times a day. China, Russia and North Korea have hacked into the data base of the Pentagon, and are continuing to do so. I would make the case this is global espionage and cyber-terrorism. We have not created strong anti-virus, intrusion defense software and hardware to prevent such attacks.

But what is most institutionally defeatist about this situation is that there are no international laws on espionage, and hacking and cyber-terrorism since all nations have been doing this since the creation of the modern sovereign state.

It is like the fiction meets reality case of Joseph Conrad's great novel: THE SECRET AGENT-of global espionage and terrorism.
